I’m not a pro when it comes to photography, and honestly, I had no idea what leading lines are when I took the photos below. I just thought the lines and the “way forward” effect were great to capture, so I did. But, I know there’s a photography term for this type, so I Google-d it and— poof!— I learned about leading lines.
According to photography.about.com…
Leading lines are lines within an image that leads the eye to another point in the image, or occasionally, out of the imag

Happy blogging (and taking photos!)
I find those lines running so porposefully toward their goal to be so fascinating.
I’m strange like that…

Aww. Don’t worry, me too. Haha! Thank you! 😀
Actually, it’s called “Linear Perspective”, one of the few things I remember from photography class. Pasok pa rin kasi “L”! He he! Maybe they call it “leading lines” now 🙂
Yeah leading lines kasi sabi ng halos lahat ng sites, but thanks for the info! That’s nice 🙂
Extra kuwento: My unfinished sixth (seventh?) unpublished, handwritten, supposed novelette was to be called IN LINEAR PERSPECTIVE. College took my mojo away.
Ayaw nyo ituloy?
Di na. May pagka-juvenile pa ang story. I’m past that. High school to early college kasi ang mga ‘yon kaya may pagka-teen romance (na alam ko now na di ko forte). I do have an unfinished fantasy story that I plan to restart and rewrite. I really do need to finish a more important book first…UGH. I NEED FOCUS!!!
