The challenge’s already over? Whoa, one month goes by so fast!
I must say, participating in the A-Z Blogging Challenge is one of the highlights of my year. You see, I’m a really busy person. I blog only when I have time, and I don’t usually have enough time to do so… or at least that’s what thought.
Because of this challenge, I realized that…
- I have time—Β I just have to know my priorities.
- I don’t have to post super long entries because short, meaningful posts are enough (and also because the thought of writing lengthy posts discourages me from blogging).
- With pre-scheduled topics or themes, I can blog regularly.
- I can write a poem in less than five minutes. Hahaha!
Thank you, A-to-Z team, for letting me realize all these. I’m also grateful because I met other bloggers and received positive comments for my posts. π Β I’m looking forward to next year’s month-long challenge!
P.S.: Special thanks to Ate Gi of The End Justifies The Journey! Thank you for introducing me to this challenge. I owe my newfound energy to blog to you. Hehe. π Β And to all the bloggers I met because of this, thank you for visiting my site and reading my posts! Very much appreciated!
(Yes, thank YOU! Till next year!)

“You’re welcome,” from the one who introduced you to it and still hasn’t finished her letters, he he he!!!! But I’m doing them. Nice idea about the list, though. Will do that when I am actually done with everything π
Hahaha. Grabe lang ang effort ko mag-lista π Masyado akong natuwa. Hehe. Good luck po! *me cheering with pompoms* :)))
Had a kind of lazy day today pa naman. So hoooot! Ugh. So I tried to write but kind of got distracted by the need to sleep, visit FB and watch TV…
Hahaha! That’s okay. Marami pa namang araw. π
Quick, short posts of under 100 words are actually recommended (or so I just found out today). Little poems are awesome.
Stopping by after the #atozchallenge to check out your reflection post!
@JLenniDorner
Hi there! Your comments went into my spam folder. Good thing I’m not that late to reply. π Anyway, yes, I’ve read that too. I have some short posts, but I also have pretty long ones. That’s because I got used to writing posts w/ more than 100 words hehe. Btw congratulations on surviving the challenge! Hurrah for us! :))
I’ve written comments that were over 100 words. LOL. That would be a fun challenge for me- to try to write a month of posts, with the alphabet theme, and keep it under 100 words. Maybe next year.
Lol that would be cool. Looking forward to that π *thumbs up*
Hi, just joining the conversation. Me, I knew about the 100-word thing. Problem is I’m not the 100-word kind of writer, though, I try. Still finishing…4 letters to go heee….Well, 3 because I’m about finished with my “W” post.
Congratulations to you if you’ve finished the challenge π
I’m no good at staying under 100 words, either. I even struggle with staying under 500!
LOL!!! Ditto!!! I am learning to write short articles for work, but when it comes to my personal writeups, I write as long as I want to. Many don’t like it, for sure, but that’s me. I like it to give it my best π
Okay…so I just found you today. And I have to say – THANK YOU for the HIMYM post. Love it. Although I have to ask… no Murder Train? What’s that all about? π
Hi! Oh yes, the Murder Train. Well, it’s in my top 10. π There are a lot of songs by the HIMYM cast that I wasn’t able to put in the post, like PS I Love You and other songs by Barney Stinson. Haha! Anyway thanks for visiting! Will drop by your blog too! π
Congratulations of finishing the A-to-Z Challenge!
Mary from The View from my World
Thank you, Mary! Congratulations to you too! π
Hi Jane .. well done on finishing and joining us – glad you had a good time and will be joining us next year – while I hope you continue on blogging as and when: I have to say that’s when I do it .. may get a little bit more settled now …
See you around .. cheers Hilary
Hi Hilary! Thank you; it’s been a great and challenging ride. I never thought I could complete a challenge like this. Looking forward to seeing you in the A-Z next year! π Happy blogging!
Well done on finishing the challenge.
My first time participating was last year and I was really surprised to discover I could actually blog every day, even without having an internet connection at home. It came as a real shock to me too, hehe.
Hi! Yes, thank you. Actually, I was also surprised because I didn’t know I could blog every day. Haha. I discovered a lot of great stuff in me because of this challenge, that’s why I’m really proud of myself right now. Happy blogging and hope to see you in the A-Z Challenge next year! π
