Obviously, I still have the How I Met Your Mother hangover. So for this A-Z Blogging Challenge entry, I’ll just share my top 5 HIMYM songs. 🙂

5. Two Beavers Are Better Than One – Robin Sparkles and Jessica Glitter

Season 6, Episode 9. The gang stumbles upon Robin’s old show “Space Teens,” where she is co-stars with her then-best friend Glitter. In the end, they reunite at a Canadian bar and sing this song after many years.

4. Classic Schmosby Remix -Ted Mosby

Season 7, Episode 1. Ted’s high school best friend Punchy makes this auto-tuned video from Ted’s messed-up best man speech. It’s pretty mean, but I like it.

3.  Nothing Suits Me Like A Suit – Barney Stinson

Season 5, Episode 12. Barney is torn between getting it on with a bartender or preserving his massive collection of suits. The whole thing results to an all-out street performance.

2. You Just Got Slapped – Marshall Eriksen ft. Barney Stinson

(Ugh, can’t find the exact scene for this. Boo)

Season 3, Episode 9. Marshall tags Thanksgiving as “Slapsgiving” for Barney, and puts up a “slap countdown.” Lily postpones Slapsgiving, but at the last few seconds of the countdown, she brings it back and Barney receives the ultimate slap of his life… which brings us to this song.

1. Let’s Go To The Mall – Robin Sparkles

Season 2, Episode 9. Robin hates malls. The gang discovers the reason why: she was a teenage pop star in Canada, with a minor hit that she had to sing in malls ALL THE TIME.
